Troubleshooting Google Health Connect data sync

Health Connect is still in beta so you can expect some issues syncing data.


Follow the steps below to setup data syncing. If you still have issues after afterwards please let me know.

Syncing with Google Fit

  1. Make sure syncing with Health Connect is turned on. In the Google Fit app, go to Profile -> Settings -> Toggle on "Sync Fit with Health Connect"



  1. If "Sync Fit with Health Connect" is turned on, tap on "Manage Data & Access", then tap on "App Permissions". You should see KeyLifts in the "Allow Access" section.


  1. To confirm data from KeyLifts is actually syncing from KeyLifts -> Health Connect -> Google Fit, tap on "See all recent access". If you see Keylifts Write: Activity and/or Write: Body measurements then the data from KeyLifts is successfully syncing.
