Do templates include deload weeks?

Most templates do not include deload weeks. Deloads are separate templates so you can add them in as you need. For example, a lot of templates are 3 weeks long. Some people may choose to deload every 7th week, in that case, you would program two cycles of your main template and then plan a deload week. Others may want to deload every 4th week so in that case, you would plan a cycle from your template and then perform a deload week.
