How can I reorder the workouts for a given week?
If you are running a program with 4 workouts a week, you'll see a workout for each day of that week - Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4. You don't have to do them in that order. For example, if you feel like doing Day 2's exercises on Monday and Day 1's exercises on Tuesday you can do that.
If you want to change the order of the workouts:
1. Start editing the template
2. Tap the day that is already selected (the blue highlighted day)
3. Then tap reorder days and put the days in any or you want. You can even move a day to another week.
4. Save the template
It's important to keep in mind that making these changes, or any template changes, will not affect any cycles you've already created with that template.
